Facts: Women have normal skins. Mostly normal skins affected by sunlight, dust, vehicles pollution and stress although. Any kind of abuses like effected fast food, tobacco and kind of drugs could be the reason for skin problems.

Solution: To get healthy and smart we have to ignore these facts. Get daily exercises, eat healthy diet, uses of fruits, drink 12 to 15 glasses of water a day and have a good sleep can make our skin healthy, attractive and beautiful.

Facts: Do not ignore you skin because your face recognize your personality. We can say there is a competition of our skin again pollution, sunlight, high temperature, low temperature, any type of environment, sun rays and etc.

Solution: Fight against the facts for skins we take extra ordinary care for our face. Massage your skin daily before sleep. Choose the cream of imported brands. 1st of all check your skin type than choose cram for you. Don’t wash face with hot water. Use face wash for face against soaps. Moisturizer protect better your skin so moisturize your skin daily.

Health Tips:

Healthy diet fight against body disease. Late night eat make the causes of food poisoning so eat dinner three hours before going to bed. Drink extra water from daily routine can helpful for good health and smoother skin. Naturally care for all body. Avoid extra eating make a timetable for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Don’t exercise after dinner, do exercise just earlier. Avoid hot rays of sun in summer not only from hot rays avoid breeze of air conditioners.
